Public Courses Payments are non-refundable within 14 days of the course date, but you may rearrange onto another available course date free of charge subject to availability.  14 days before the course date, transfer onto another course will be charged a 50% course fee and will be subject to availability. 7 days prior to the course date, you cannot amend your booking, but you can transfer the place to another individual up to 48 hours before for a £20 fee. If you are due to attend the Paediatric First Aid qualification course and you have logged on to the e-learning module, there will be an additional £20 charge for a new module to be issued to the new learner. Please be aware that the E-learning module will need to be completed by the learner attending the course and this will take approximately 6 hours to complete. No amendments can be made less than 48 hours before the course start time. Any 'no shows' will have to pay full price to attend a future course. If learners are late to the course, they may be turned away and unable to attend the training day. Late attendees will be treated as a 'no show' and will have full price to attend a future course. Private Course Your booking is not confirmed until full payment is received. The date of your payment will be requested on your invoice that you will receive in a separate email. If you cancel your booking up to 14 days prior to your course date, a £50 admin fee will be deducted from your balance refund. A 50% refund will be issued if you are to cancel 7-14 days prior to your course date. Less than 7 days before your course date no refund will be issued.
